Welcome
Founder
The narrative began with Lut Van Mossevelde, the current coordinator of the Institute for Sustainable Working.
"I am driven to connect people with their true nature and expand their consciousness, aiming for greater wellbeing. Furthermore, I aspire to support and guide organizations in shaping work in a more engaging and healthy manner. It is from this passion that I authored the book 'Sustainable Working.'

About the Institute
The Institute for Sustainable Working is a network organization with a social mission, established in 2014. Our team of passionate experts focuses on promoting sustainability in Work, Leadership/Coaching, and HR Management. Our goal is to enhance "Sustainable Employability" in the workplace. Our services cater to organizations, individuals, and professionals, offering consulting, project management, coaching, and training based on the principles of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
Operating from an innovative, scientifically grounded perspective, we emphasize both enhanced well-being and improved productivity. This concept is detailed in the book "Sustainable Working" by Lut Van Mossevelde.
